How It Works
In just three easy steps, we can get your car squeaky clean while you sit comfortably behind the wheel. Our automated system takes care of all the hard work for you!
Step 1
Drive into any of our pay station lanes where you will be greeted by a friendly Zoom team member. Choose any wash package through our automated wash menu. You may pay with cash*, credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay or gift card. Gate arm will lift for you to proceed forward after payment processes.

Step 2
Continue forward to our tunnel entrance. One of our Zoom tem members will guide you safely onto the conveyor and point at our instruction menu. Car in NEUTRAL, feet off the brakes, hands off the wheel, and wipers off. Please follow instructions and enjoy the ride.
Step 3
It’s the final stretch, you’re almost finished. Prepare to exit and pay attention to the green GO light at the end of the tunnel. Once you’ve exited the tunnel you can either go on your way, or pull into one of our FREE UNLIMITED vacuum stations.
