Membership Subscription & Cancellation
I authorize Zoom Car Wash to charge my credit card account on a monthly basis for the Unlimited Wash Club membership plan. I understand this automatic recharge authorization will remain in effect until I cancel my monthly plan. Written notice of cancellation must be received five days before the next installment payment. I understand that Zoom Car Wash may cancel or modify this plan at any time. Membership is per vehicle. Zoom Car Wash also reserves the right to cancel memberships based on customer abuse. We use License Plate Recognition to conveniently allow you to redeem plan washes. Plans will automatically cancel if the monthly installment charge is declined. Circumstances may affect the availability of services including, but not limited to, equipment failure, inclement weather, and closed holidays. Membership is for unlimited washes, if washing more than once a day management will need to override. I understand that monthly rates may increase. A 30 day notice will be given prior to any rate increase. Zoom Car Wash does not process any refunds past 90 days of service.
Online discount applies to the first month of membership only. Plans purchased online will renew at the standard monthly rate for the subsequent months via the credit card on file. Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons. Not valid on existing memberships. No cash value.

As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.
